Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the education sector
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly C-Suite
- Experience in building and managing relationships while demonstrating a consultative sales approach
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients across the UK and Ireland, leveraging your sales expertise to achieve ambitious targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level institutions, including Vice Chancellors, Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and Heads of Student Experience
- Forge strong relationships with educational institutions, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our educational offerings
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and tailor offerings that meet client expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring your approach is innovative and effective
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and opportunities for growth
