Join EverTrue, a leading advancement software company, as a Sales Executive focused on expanding our presence in US universities and non-profits. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying key decision-makers, leading impactful presentations, and managing the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. This remote-first position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of $120K-$140K and an OTE of $225K, along with comprehensive benefits. Prior fundraising experience and familiarity with CASE District IV are a plus but not required. Requirements
- Have a proven track record of success in sales, emphasizing both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts
- Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Have strong negotiation and pricing skills
- Be self-motivated and results-oriented, consistently striving to achieve and surpass set objectives
- Exhibit the ability to work independently while also being a valuable contributor to collaborative team efforts
- Hold a deep understanding of the education industry, particularly in confronting the challenges faced by universities and advancement teams
- Possess proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Take charge of a designated territory focused on US universities and non-profits, creating and executing a strategic plan to expand our presence within existing clients while targeting new accounts
- Identify and engage influential decision-makers in potential institutions, utilizing industry insights and networking abilities to uncover new business opportunities
- Lead impactful presentations and product demos, effectively communicating EverTrue's value proposition and customizing solutions for each prospect's unique requirements
- Oversee the entire sales process, from qualifying leads to designing tailored solutions, generating proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals
- Adeptly negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes for EverTrue and its clients
- Identify chances to cross-sell additional EverTrue products/services to current clients, boosting the value they gain from our solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, providing valuable insights to prospects and clients
- Research, develop, and create a pipeline of opportunities three times the required ARR to meet sales quotas
- Maintain records in the Salesforce CRM, accurately documenting all client interactions, opportunities, and activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Past Fundraising experience as a Major Gift Officer or Development Officer
- Candidates who reside in the CASE District IV locations (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas) will be prioritized
- Familiarity with the member organizations of the CASE district
