Summary
Join DubClub's New Partnerships team as a Senior Account Executive and play a critical role in executing the company's Go-To-Market strategy. Your primary responsibility will be acquiring high-quality sports content creators to become DubClub Partner CEOs. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and launching partnerships. Success in this role requires a systems mindset, a strong drive to close deals, and a deep understanding of the creator economy. The position offers a competitive salary, stock options, and the opportunity for significant growth within a rapidly expanding company. The role is based in Chicago, with a hybrid work model initially, and potential for remote work after six months.

- Possess exceptional intelligence and competence
- Demonstrate excellence in high-velocity outbound sales environments
- Have the organizational and process mindset that is required to win in a high-velocity “inside sales” role

- Successfully prosecute aggressive sales funnels

- Add value to new prospective DubClub partners because you understand the creator economy and content strategy + social media funnels
- Demonstrate the “always on” mentality that’s required to drive exceptional value for DubClub’s partners
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and reach out to sports content creators to be CEOs on DubClub
- Efficiently discover where DubClub can add value to a sports content creator CEO’s business
- Be consultative with your prospects and build within them the confidence they need to start a partnership with DubClub
- Earn their partnership by adding value to them and helping them understand how much more money they could be making with DubClub
- Work closely with your prospects to ensure that they are equipped for a successful “launch” of their DubClub business
- Give them the guidance and resources they need to crush the beginning of their DubClub journey
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close and launch
