Requirements
- Demonstrate proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying sales role
- Possess strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast accurately and consistently
- Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and accountability
- Have experience managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping and prioritization
- Show a solid understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build and leverage relationships
- Be proficient in using sales dashboards and reporting tools to manage your territory efficiently
- Exhibit a competitive drive combined with a commitment to continuous self-improvement and success
- Maintain a focus on creating value for customers while helping teammates achieve collective goals
- Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset aimed at solving problems and advancing LastPassโs mission
Responsibilities
- Contribute to LastPassโs revenue growth by refining our sales process to meet our fiscal year targets
- Enhance our partner engagement strategy to maximize impact
- Focus on value creation, both for customers and for the business
- Take a local approach to your territory while staying globally informed about industry news and trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Show willingness to travel to partner and company events as needed
- Have the ability to customize CRM reports to work more efficiently with your territory data
- Have previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool
