Join MonetizeMore, a 100% remote company focused on using data to transform the advertising industry's approach to IVT and fraud prevention. As a Sales expert, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, identifying key opportunities, and securing revenue-generating partnerships. You will present and educate prospective clients on Traffic Cop's features, articulate its value, and drive revenue strategy by building partnerships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is relentless prospecting and delivering compelling product demos. You will also forecast and plan, cultivate channel partnerships, and provide insights to leadership. This role requires a strong background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, along with deep familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and the publishing industry.
Requirements
- Experienced Sales Expert : 7–10 years of success in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales—preferably at a startup where you’ve demonstrated the ability to grow revenue quickly
- Ad-Tech & Publishing Knowledge : Deep familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks, Publishers, and channel partnerships, particularly in APAC and/or LATAM
- Master Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver compelling presentations and handle complex negotiations
- Competitive & Collaborative : Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to both stand alone in tackling opportunities and work collaboratively on larger initiatives
- Strategic Problem-Solver : Fluent in analyzing client needs and mapping solutions that drive measurable ROI. Can distill complex client feedback into actionable changes to improve MonetizeMore products and services
- Networked : You bring a strong network of enterprise-level contacts and know how to expand it
- Tech-Savvy : Rapidly learns new software and adapts to different verticals

Responsibilities
- Own the Entire Sales Cycle : From prospecting to closing, you’ll identify key opportunities, demonstrate our product’s value, and secure revenue-generating partnerships
- Present and Educate : Pitch Traffic Cop’s features and solutions to prospective clients, customizing your approach to each vertical’s unique challenges
- Articulate Value : Develop compelling use cases and value propositions that set Traffic Cop apart in a competitive market
- Drive Revenue Strategy : Identify, initiate, and manage growth strategies by building partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs and Publishers
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Ad Ops teams to align on growth priorities and refine our offerings based on market feedback
- Prospect Relentlessly : Proactively source new leads, develop a robust pipeline, and strategize to expand our footprint in APAC, LATAM, and other emerging markets
- Demo Like a Pro : Coordinate and deliver compelling product demos that highlight how Traffic Cop solves critical pain points for potential clients
- Forecast & Plan : Maintain an accurate forecast of in-quarter and out-quarter opportunities, ensuring we hit (and exceed) our sales goals
- Cultivate Channel Partnerships : Identify and onboard channel partners to leverage Traffic Cop’s value proposition in joint account pursuits
- Shape the Future : Provide ongoing insights to the leadership team about product enhancements, go-to-market strategies, and evolving industry trends
