Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
- Experience selling complex software solutions to C-level executives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Speak any Nordic language, with excellent proficiency in English
- Consistent self-motivation and drive β a self-starter attitude, with a relentless drive to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment where we all work towards a common goal
Responsibilities
- Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at potential and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the market and our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage these to drive sales
- Build a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities
- Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
- Play an active role in personally nurturing and developing large/key customers and enabling the business to grow and capture market share
- Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on Neptuneβs value proposition
- Work with our Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams to create an effective lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue generation approach
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably knowledge of the SAP eco-system
