You will provide comprehensive SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy, to law firms. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- High emotional intelligence and solid EQ skills
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Driven and comfortable achieving significant revenue growth
- Experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SEO Services (Content, Technical, Local, Link Building, etc)
- Experience with SEO tools or programs, including (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
Responsibilities
- Operate at the end of the sales cycle, working in a consulting role to close sales with qualified clients
- Conduct comprehensive audits and analysis to determine what products and services will help clients attain their goals
- Create detailed strategy plans that address client business and strategic challenges
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
- Host exploratory and consult calls via Zoom video conferencing
- Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Prepare and deliver campaign specific proposals and negotiate contracts
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors in Pipedrive CRM
- Ensure smooth transitions between Account Executives and Account Management Team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the legal industry
- Prior agency experience in client management and/or SEO
