Senior Account Executive in Sweden, Poland

Summary

The job is for a ServiceNow sales professional at SPOC, an Elite Partner with expertise in ITSM/CSM, ITOM, SPM, and bespoke applications. The role involves creating and executing the sales strategy, developing account plans, identifying and winning new business, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The job requires 5+ years of experience in the IT software industry, client-facing sales or services experience, fluency in English (min. C1), proven track record of sales achievements in the corporate segment, technical knowledge, readiness for business trips, assertive hunter mentality, and more.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the IT software industry
• 5+ years of client facing sales or/and services experience
• Knowledge of sales processes in multi-stakeholder environments for corporate clients within the high-tech industry
• Fluency in the English language (min. C1)
• Proven track record of sales achievements in the corporate segment
• Technical knowledge to understand software implementation services
• Readiness to take on a business trip (mainly in Europe)
• Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the sales strategy for your territory
• Develop effective and specific account plans to maximize new revenue growth
• Execute on new business revenue goals, advance and close sales opportunities
• Identify and size revenue opportunities by account, roadblocks to expanding or retaining revenue and facilitate with internal teams to build winning strategies
