Requirements

  • 6+ years hands on experience setting up and managing digital app marketing awareness and performance campaigns on all major app marketing channels including Google, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok, META, Snapchat and others
  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyse large data sets to derive insights and optimise your digital marketing campaigns
  • Direct experience working with a major MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and the tools they offer around fraud prevention, audience building and cohort analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of app marketing tracking capabilities and industry best practices through (i.e: SKAdNetwork, ATT, App Conversion tracking, Fraud Prevention, Incrementality testing, ROAS optimisation)
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to generate new creative testing ideas to improve performance
  • Strong presentation skills when sharing campaign results and creatives insights to internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage digital app marketing campaigns covering all funnel stages: awareness, acquisition, activation and re-engagement
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies and plans to achieve our awareness and performance targets
  • Be responsible for optimising campaign performance on several app advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Apple search ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Moloco and others)
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Analytics teams to understand the full customer journey funnel as well as all relevant KPIs within our dashboards for analysis and optimisation
  • Analyse audience cohorts to share performance insights on ROAS , retention and CLV
  • Evaluate creatives critically and discuss new creative testing ideas with our creative team aimed at improving performance
  • Drive digital marketing projects and identify cross-country channel opportunities (testing publishers, new tools and exploring AI use cases for the team)
