Requirements
- Previous people management experience preferred, if not, a strong desire to lead people/a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with good time management and delegation skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
- Ability to deal with conflict and work under performance
- Strong results in demand creation and good knowledge of distribution channels/supply chain
- Solutions-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of the sales process β Overcoming objections and closing sales
- Knowledge and competency linked to SFDC
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales across all of the RWC family of brands
- Achievement of budget and agreed KPIβs along with supporting market share growth through the identification and creation of new business opportunities
- Effective communication and execution of the business strategy aligned to the wider Divisional strategic goals
