Requirements

  • Previous people management experience preferred, if not, a strong desire to lead people/a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with good time management and delegation skills
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Ability to deal with conflict and work under performance
  • Strong results in demand creation and good knowledge of distribution channels/supply chain
  • Solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong understanding of the sales process – Overcoming objections and closing sales
  • Knowledge and competency linked to SFDC

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and increasing sales across all of the RWC family of brands
  • Achievement of budget and agreed KPI’s along with supporting market share growth through the identification and creation of new business opportunities
  • Effective communication and execution of the business strategy aligned to the wider Divisional strategic goals
