Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing
  • Experience in Embedded technology, or Medical, Healthcare relevant industries
  • Proven track record of leading sales team to achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within specific vertical markets
  • Strong understanding of the targeted vertical markets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on specific vertical markets
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the targeted vertical markets
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the targeted verticals
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Lead the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to manage sales activities and generate reports
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement action plans to address any performance gaps or issues
