Requirements
- Bachelorβs in business or marketing
- Experience in Embedded technology, or Medical, Healthcare relevant industries
- Proven track record of leading sales team to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within specific vertical markets
- Strong understanding of the targeted vertical markets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on specific vertical markets
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the targeted vertical markets
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the targeted verticals
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Lead the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to manage sales activities and generate reports
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement action plans to address any performance gaps or issues
