Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology or business intelligence sector
• At least 3-5 years in a senior marketing management role
• Proven ability to execute on commercial goals and drive business growth
• Strong experience in brand management and translating brand strategy across all touchpoints
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in marketing to C-level executives and directors
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage flexible resources and coordinate with various service suppliers
• Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
• Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Translate the All Your BI brand consistently across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
• Ensure brand messaging resonates with target audiences, particularly at the executive level
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and executive leadership
• Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Design and execute marketing programs targeting C-level executives and directors
• Utilize thought leadership, content marketing, and events to engage senior decision-makers
• Manage and mentor a small internal marketing team, fostering professional growth and high performance
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a collaborative team environment
• Oversee a flexpool of marketing resources, including freelancers and contractors
• Manage relationships with external service suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on KPIs to senior management
• Develop and manage the marketing budget
• Ensure all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment

Preferred Qualifications
