Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
  • B.S. in Marketing or related field from an accredited university
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo is essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing
  • Solid background in content creation, strategy, and messaging alignment
  • Extensive experience in managing marketing budgets, with a focus on optimizing ROI
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, webinars, social media, paid search, content syndication and content marketing
  • Align campaign objectives with overarching business goals and target KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of campaigns
  • Mentor a team of marketing specialists
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective coaching and leadership
  • Ensure resources are effectively allocated for maximum impact
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the team
  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce to monitor and evaluate campaign performance
  • Deep understanding of salesforce campaign structures, lead tracking & usage of UTMs
  • Implement iterative improvements based on data insights
  • Report on campaign metrics, identifying successes and areas for optimization
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring models
  • Partner with the content, PMM and creative teams to develop high-quality campaign materials that resonate with target audiences
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and channels
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other key internal teams
  • Communicate campaign plans and performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies when applicable
  • Own various vendor relationships ensuring all programs are executed within allocated resources and timelines
  • Monitor ROI and cost-per-acquisition metrics to help drive decision-making on marketing budget spend
