Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5 -7 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare IT industry

  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector
  • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing client value
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to align healthcare IT solutions and services with client requirements effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences
  • Drive successful project implementation, manage timelines, and meet project goals and client expectations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare IT
  • Provide valuable insights and thought leadership to clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiations
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key client metrics, revenue projections, and client satisfaction levels
