Senior Delivery Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, particularly in an IT outsourcing context
• Proven track record of successfully managing software development or IT projects from conception to delivery
• Good understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand technical specifications
• Experience in preparing detailed project documentation, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Ability to present and explain project details to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with other project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different customers on Upwork
• Selection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques
• Support sales team in new projects presale
• Estimate project affords and prepare necessary RFI/RFP documentation
• Management of web and mobile development team

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) would be highly advantageous
