Lead with insight and act with purpose, blending deep customer insights with a commitment to results. Craft marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and cultivate a culture of growth and accountability within your team. Set and refine team goals, balance internal and external resources, and forge productive relationships across divisions. Track market trends and guide the use of AI and other emerging technologies to scale content creation and personalization. This is a full-time position.
Requirements

- A Strategic Thinker: Comfortable with business modeling and data-driven decision-making, you excel in setting goals and navigating the complexities of a dynamic marketplace
- A Master Communicator: Your strength in writing and communication ensures brand consistency across channels, enabling clear, strategic conversations inside and outside the team
- Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with tools like GA, Customer.io, Sprout, and Figma enrich your ability to deliver high impact marketing

- Hands-on Attention: Role up your sleeves to help the team execute on priorities, whether talking to customers or tuning a campaign
