Summary
Join Wunderkind as a Senior Director of Product Marketing and lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio. You will be a critical leader, crafting compelling messaging, equipping the sales team, and working cross-functionally to ensure effective market positioning. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, go-to-market strategy, market and customer insights, messaging and positioning, team leadership, and performance measurement. This role requires 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in launching and driving adoption of SaaS or enterprise technology products
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, product roadmap, and market opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, using data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product marketing efforts with Wunderkind’s overall business objectives
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for all product launches, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and readiness
- Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies for Wunderkind’s products and solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create tools, training, and resources to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
- Define and refine buyer personas, leveraging customer feedback, user behavior, and data analytics
- Craft compelling messaging frameworks and positioning strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple industries and channels
- Develop high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to support marketing and sales efforts
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
- Define KPIs for product marketing success and regularly report on progress
- Use data to measure the impact of product marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly
