Summary

This role requires 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in launching and driving adoption of SaaS or enterprise technology products
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, product roadmap, and market opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, using data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product marketing efforts with Wunderkindโ€™s overall business objectives
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for all product launches, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and readiness
  • Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies for Wunderkindโ€™s products and solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create tools, training, and resources to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling products
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
  • Define and refine buyer personas, leveraging customer feedback, user behavior, and data analytics
  • Craft compelling messaging frameworks and positioning strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple industries and channels
  • Develop high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
  • Define KPIs for product marketing success and regularly report on progress
  • Use data to measure the impact of product marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong background in performance marketing, personalization, or eCommerce
