- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing strategies with company goals and objectives
- Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Define and articulate the unique value propositions of LetsGetChecked products
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare sector
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product launches
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and sales enablement efforts
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a spokesperson for LetsGetChecked at industry events, conferences, and media engagements
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts
- Report regularly on product marketing performance to the executive team
