Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Product Marketing, with a focus on healthcare marketing
  • Proven track record of successful product marketing leadership and team management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing strategies with company goals and objectives
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Define and articulate the unique value propositions of LetsGetChecked products
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare sector
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product launches
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and sales enablement efforts
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a spokesperson for LetsGetChecked at industry events, conferences, and media engagements
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts
  • Report regularly on product marketing performance to the executive team
