Senior Email Marketing Executive, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Senior Retention Marketing Specialist at Chronos Agency who will strategize, execute, and optimize direct-response marketing solutions, primarily focusing on email marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, client approval, and the creation of monthly reports.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, Multimedia, or similar
• Email marketing experience is required
• Demonstrated experience primarily in email marketing execution
• Excellent command of English
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in using Klaviyo or any email marketing platform is a plus
• Should exude great proofing skills
• Basic data analysis skills (understanding of split tests and logical problem solving)
• Account management/retention experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
• A good team player
• Highly trainable and flexible (can work with a variety of clients globally)
• Must resonate with our Vivid Vision 2023
• Must be willing to support EU timezone (4PM - 12AM SGT)

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize direct-response marketing solutions
• Execute email marketing campaigns based on strategies developed by the Email Marketing Strategist
• Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce quality campaign artwork
• Design, build, and maintain the email marketing database
• Test and optimize campaign performance, including A/B testing
• Analytics recording and evaluation (eg: email open rates, revenue generated per email campaign)
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automations for clients
• Create monthly reports
• Follow the quality control procedure to ensure all work meets both Chronos’ standards and client requirements
• Collaborate and communicate with the client directly for campaign and flow email approvals and revisions
• Creation of Monthly Content Plans for Email based on the strategy and client's requests

Preferred Qualifications

SMS, Push, and Social Media marketing experience is not required but great to have
