Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning the full strategy and execution, including managing budgets, metrics and targets, and sales engagement focused on driving pipeline growth
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growth company and its evolving priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Deep understanding of event operations, vendor management, and industry standards for events targeting the enterprise segment
  • Experience breaking into new markets with a strong competitive landscape
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems

Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing and events strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1-many, and industry-specific marketing programs, both virtual and in-person, to increase brand awareness, drive demand generation, pipeline contribution, product usage, retention, and expansion
  • Manage budget and ensure effective allocation of resources, while strategically optimizing spend to maximize ROI and align with broader business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and addressable market to guide regional priorities, with a deep understanding of market and competitive environment
  • Closely monitor KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness. Analyze data to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management
