Summary
Join zeroheight, a fully remote team of 50+ people building a market-leading design system management platform. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, social) for a B2B SaaS company. You will leverage data and experiments to drive CRO, discover new channels, and supercharge the content team's reach. The role requires extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, data-driven experimentation, and collaboration with various teams. A competitive salary (£70,000-£90,000 + equity) is offered. The company is remote-first, with no requirement for regular office attendance.
Requirements
- Senior growth marketing experience - likely means a senior job title and a good degree of autonomy
- Expertise running campaigns, managing budgets, and reporting and optimising ROI across most B2B digital marketing channels including SEM, PPC, SEO and social
- Many years experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing in a startup/scale-up environment
- Experience running data-driven channel experiments to test and find new effective marketing channels for a B2B SaaS company – and successfully finding new channels this way
- Ability to demonstrate previous results in optimising campaign performance – including across key paid ad and SEO platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and SEMrush
- Experience collaborating closely with content marketing and product marketing teams
- Experience working with brand design / web developers, and other marketing departments to drive CRO improvements
- Experience with key marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools like Google Analytics/Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools and tactics, as well as experience with lead scoring methodologies and collaborating with marketing ops
Responsibilities
- Own, manage and optimise execution and spend across all our existing digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, social)
- Be responsible for strategy and execution across all our digital channels – collaborating with many teams internally and externally to set budget, plan and execute campaigns, as well as optimise channel/campaign ROI and marketing budget effectiveness
- Use experiments and data to test and find NEW digital marketing channels
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization across all our marketing sites and landing pages
- Supercharge the reach and effectiveness of our content team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in our industry – working as a marketer in a design / dev / product tooling tech startup
- Basic web development knowledge is a plus, especially with Wordpress
- Experience with attribution modelling best practices, techniques and tools – as well as using event analytics tools like Amplitude / Mixpanel for reporting, analysis and running experiments
- Experience in advanced data analysis tools such as Hex and techniques such as A/B testing
- Experience managing and mentoring marketing team members, as well as experience working with 3rd parties such as ad agencies/contractors
- Experience with HubSpot and Amplemarket specifically as CRM/marketing automation tools
- Being up-to-date on all the latest best practices, including ways to use AI in digital marketing
