Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Blockchain, Web3, or NFTs sectors
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Blockchain, particularly in Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, or NFTs
• Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage resource allocation, coordinate project schedules, and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Strategic thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement
• Lead product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targets
• Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness
• Partner with management to pinpoint, define, launch, and drive essential strategic and operational projects, offering strategic and operational insights to various functional and cross-functional groups
• Conduct user research to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity and loyalty within the Web3 space
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in Web3, integrating key insights into growth strategies
• Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for expansion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with various Web3 protocols & Affiliate/KOL management is preferred
