Summary

Join Hims & Hers Health, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner! Provide strategic HR support and guidance to analytics, product management, and engineering teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies. Oversee development and retention strategies, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts. Lead performance evaluations and partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures. Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 10+ years of HR experience in Product or Engineering, and experience with a workforce of 400-800 employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in HR or other business-related field
  • 10+ years of HR work experience in Product or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience with employee relations
  • Must have experience working with a workforce of between 400-800 employees
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths when working with different levels of management
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws or experience working with in-house counsel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture
  • Oversee development and retention strategies for the analytics, product management, and engineering departments, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
  • Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and career growth
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that enhance efficiency and support scalability
  • Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the following Lattice, Paylocity & HR Acuity
  • Master’s degree
