Senior Insights Strategist

Summary

Join Cision as an Insights Strategist and become a subject matter expert within Cision Insights, partnering with commercial and production teams. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of inbound Insights opportunities, design customized service solutions, scope and evaluate costs, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, production experience in communications or media monitoring, and 5 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with commercial teams and potential clients to understand their needs and design solutions. The position offers a competitive salary and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of inbound Insights opportunities, analyzing and evaluating potential projects or initiatives to determine their viability and alignment with the company's goals and capabilities
• Design innovative and customized service solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of clients, leveraging industry knowledge, best practices, and a deep understanding of client objectives to develop tailored solutions
• Scope and evaluate the costs associated with the designed solution, considering factors such as resources, time, and materials, to provide accurate and reliable cost estimations that support effective project planning and budgeting
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the solution to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits, unique features, and competitive advantages, using persuasive and clear messaging to articulate the value that the solution brings to the client's business or organization
• Communicate the various work components and other relevant details to production staff, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to facilitate efficient and effective execution of the solution
• Produce prototype solutions that showcase the proposed service solution, utilizing design expertise, tools, and technologies to create functional and visually appealing prototypes that demonstrate the capabilities and potential of the solution

Preferred Qualifications

Market-facing experience, preferably in a communications/media monitoring environment a plus
