Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a strong focus on IT and Business Systems hiring
- Proven success hiring for roles such as IT support, infrastructure, network/security, enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday), and related leadership positions
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage top IT and systems talent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on hiring best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve performance
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT and Business Systems rolesโsourcing candidates, facilitating engaging interview experiences, and leading offer negotiations
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for our IT, infrastructure, security, and business systems teams, collaborating closely with HR and technical leaders to meet hiring goals
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality IT and systems talent through research, outreach, events, and referrals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Dandyโs IT and Business Systems leaders, providing market insights, compensation guidance, recruiting metrics, and process improvements
- Share weekly, data-driven recruiting updates and insights with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies and optimize outcomes
- Drive projects to enhance recruiting tools, processes, and candidate experience, particularly for IT and Business Systems hiring
