Requirements
- 10+ years marketing experience, and at least 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a track record leveraging tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns
- Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and experience manipulating and analyzing data in Google Analytics and Mixpanel to draw insights and learnings and craft recommendations
- Data-driven and analytical skills and ability to easily work with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to execute opportunities that streamline and scale your programs
- Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs through effective project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Responsibilities
- Design a lifecycle marketing strategy and member journey that enhances the member experience and increases engagement and revenue growth
- Create a segmentation strategy to personalize messaging and positioning for diverse consumer audiences
- Craft a welcome and onboarding, nurture, and retention program leveraging a variety of channels that can maximize member reach, including email, push notifications, SMS, among others
- Lead a team of channel experts, starting with an email marketing manager
- Develop new, innovative ways to improve conversion rates and efficiency through data-driven insights, experimentation, and automation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders
- Lead the content briefing process to create compelling and engaging campaigns
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure cohesive alignment with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry best practices and explore opportunities to optimize campaigns through other CRM and ESPs as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment (telehealth, fintech) a plus
