Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle, email, or growth marketing, with a track record of driving free trial conversion and revenue growth
  • Proficiency with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, with a passion for exploring and testing new marketing channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management acumen, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to excel in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute lifecycle programs that convert leads into paying customers, including content-specific nurtures, trial conversion flows, and follow-ups at key touch points
  • Leverage data to identify and prioritize the most effective channels and personalize messaging to maximize engagement
  • Experiment and iterate by testing messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve performance and identify key insights
  • Own end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on MRR contribution and impact
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns and programs to effectively communicate customer journey touchpoints to stakeholders
  • Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights on channel performance to improve communication, optimize the customer journey, and increase lifetime value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Appcues, Salesforce, and Mobile Marketing (SMS & Push)
  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) organizations
  • Experience supporting a fintech product
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Experience in subscription-based business models
