Requirements
- 10+ years selling high technology products in assigned territory in a channel model
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel partnerships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to travel up to 40%+ within the assigned territory
- Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
- Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRM software
- Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
- Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff
- Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship
Responsibilities
- Exceed territory quota
- Manage all aspects of VAR and Partnership relationships
- Execute Channel Programme from initial profiling and Partner selection to full on boarding on to the AppviewX Channel programme
- Business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation
- Work closely with the Sales Organisation to grow revenue in each territory by focusing on National and Regional resellers, alliance and technology partners
- Develop and Implement regional business plans with input from AE/AAEs and SEs
- Enable new partners that can maximize the revenue potential for AppViewX products
- Assist in development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
- Coordinate channel enablement activities, webinars, SE trainings
- Partner liaison for SDR/inside sales team campaigns
- Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate ability to articulate AppviewX advantageous position to end users and partners
- Weekly travel conducting partner meetings in region
- Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Incentives and Sales process
