Join Brightline as a Senior Manager or Director, Digital Growth (Website/SEO) and own the end-to-end website and SEO strategy. You will be responsible for growing website traffic and new users through organic search, designing and implementing strategies to increase organic traffic, optimizing high-performing pages, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging data insights. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven analytical thinking, a collaborative approach, and content excellence. You will need a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 7+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, and deep understanding of SEO tools and principles. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and principles, including technical SEO, metadata, and backlinking
- Show proficiency in compiling, interpreting, and presenting web analytics data to inform strategy and measure outcomes
- Possess strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Have experience working cross-functionally, with a demonstrated ability to align SEO strategies with overarching marketing and business goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends, and emerging best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Website and SEO strategies to drive organic growth and new member acquisition, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO
- Manage all Brightline and Brightlife Kids brand strategy for website and SEO, including navigation and UX, and to drive new member acquisition
- Gain a deep understanding of Brightline’s member experience and marketing engagement efforts
- Develop a comprehensive Website and SEO roadmap, manage budgets effectively, utilize and manage content library, and oversee test-and-learn initiatives to optimize performance for new member acquisition
- Develop Local Listings (i.e. Google My Business) strategy, operationalize and maximize performance for new member acquisition
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Segment, and other SEO platforms to track progress and inform decision-making
- Utilize internal and external data to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns, site performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leverage data insights to refine organic growth strategies and inform decision-making
- Present data-driven recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Data teams, as well as other Marketing team members, to implement regular tests and pilots that improve engagement and organic performance
- Use experimentation to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in SEO efforts
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data, Product, Care, Finance, and Marketing
- Align and execute SEO strategies seamlessly to support member acquisition and engagement goals
- Source high-impact keywords for blogs, landing pages, press releases, and other content needs to target and engage key audiences
- Develop and manage SEO timelines, roadmaps, and performance reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Create and optimize compelling headlines, body copy, and CTAs for digital assets to maximize search visibility and conversions
- Identify opportunities for backlinking, partnerships, and content syndication to improve domain authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience in a company or startup with brick and mortar locations
- Have previous experience in a digital health startup or healthcare-related marketing
- Possess leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams
