Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing or related field
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Capable of independently assessing digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance
- Proficient in summarizing and communicating completed marketing campaigns to cross-functional teams
- Skilled in utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms for paid marketing efforts
- Adept at using Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, along with landing page optimization software, to analyze site engagement and conversion rates
- Demonstrated ability to build user experiences in partnership with designers
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects
Responsibilities
- Own the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audiences
- Cross-functionally lead a diverse team of product managers, marketing specialists, analysts, and engineers to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates
- Ensure the website aligns with the onboarding strategy, including cohesive messaging, visual assets, and user experience
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing test campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Provide clear updates on project progress, KPIs, and strategic initiatives through presentations and written reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising
