Requirements

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or technology company
  • 10+ years of multi-channel campaign strategy development and marketing execution experience
  • Experience in presenting, communicating and orchestracting conversations across senior leadership in the business
  • Exceptional communication skills, and a comfort navigating large teams and operating cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying levels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across various people and teams
  • A deep understanding of funnel conversion and campaign performance metrics, with the experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and Power BI
  • A results driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven recommendations for program modifications and optimization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that engage customers and prospects aligned to key segments, resulting in engagement, pipeline growth and revenue
  • Define and refine the buyer journey, aligning messaging and tactics to each stage of the funnel, ensuring seamless and effective progression from awareness to conversion
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed and on time
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, brand, content, field, marketing ops and demand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives. Extend and maximize the reach of our integrated campaigns by aligning with Customer Success and Partner Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with our brand team to develop and promote the iManage brand, positioning and messaging. Identify opportunities and moments within the buyer journey to generate and amplify brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify and recommend assets and offers that map to the campaign and the buyer journey
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support teams can speak to the campaign messaging and value proposition. Ensure cross-functional teams leverage aligned content assets and messaging for each campaign
  • Monitor and report on end-to-end funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform the campaign strategy. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
