Summary

Join Ashby as their Senior Manager, Partner Education & Events and help scale partner education efforts, build engaging training experiences, and execute impactful events. You will develop a certification program, design learning programs, and work with the community team to integrate digital experiences into real-world events. Responsibilities also include evaluating sponsorship opportunities, creating playbooks for sponsorships, and designing and executing monthly community events. The ideal candidate possesses experience in enablement programs or events, or related fields like talent acquisition, teaching, or experiential marketing. Ashby values a business-minded individual comfortable with contract negotiation and budget management. This role requires travel and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Be deeply curious and good at thinking about problems from first principles
  • Be business-minded and confident negotiating contracts
  • Be comfortable in spreadsheets or working with lists

Responsibilities

  • Develop a certification program and training for Ashby Experts, including ongoing community management to ensure they are well-equipped to advocate for and implement Ashby successfully
  • Design and run structured learning programs, including workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives for the broader partner ecosystem
  • Work with the community team to bring more digital experiences into the real world, ensuring events foster deeper relationships and create tangible moments for the audience to engage with Ashby
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships, Willem, and Shannon (Community Leads) to evaluate sponsorship opportunities, decide where Ashby should show up, and ensure maximum value from its presence
  • Build out playbooks that make it easier to execute high-impact sponsorship activations
  • Design and execute monthly community events—breakfast workshops, dinners, cocktail events—that provide high-value networking and learning opportunities
  • Own the conference strategy—evaluating which industry events to attend, sponsor, and how to activate around them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience running enablement programs or events
  • Have backgrounds in Talent Acquisition, teaching, and experiential marketing
  • Bring a fresh perspective from one of those worlds and want to build a truly community-oriented education and event program
