Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative management roles, preferably within the training or technology industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline administrative operations on a global scale
• Lead a team of administrative managers and personnel
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to improve workflow and productivity
• Join Forces with the Global Logistics Manager on resource allocation, including budget management, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and scalability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks through effective governance and controls
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and drive continuous improvement
• Identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities for administrative staff to enhance skills and capabilities
• Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
