Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design; a natural storyteller who shines at creating presentations, and acts as a brand ambassador to maintain consistency in tone, voice, and design across all materials
  • Demonstrable experience in managing content calendars and successfully leading and executing content strategies
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms and content distribution channels, such as website CMS, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and who thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • You can demonstrate a strong understanding for working in a regulated industry and adhering to compliance guidelines
  • You are familiar or have an interest in the crypto, blockchain space

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the research and policy lead to create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including web copy, blogs, reports, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and strategically aligned
  • Distribute content across channels, including the website, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and through partners like law firms and membership organisations
  • Develop high-quality, strategic video briefs for agencies, ensuring alignment with the Zumo brand vision and business goals
  • Manage the production process from concept through to completion, working closely with agency partners to ensure video content meets high standards for quality and engagement
  • Oversee the design and aesthetic of the website, collaborating with designers and agency partners to ensure a visually compelling and cohesive brand-aligned online presence
  • Uphold brand consistency across the website, structuring content to enhance user experience and accessibility
  • Craft compelling presentations that leverage storytelling skills to communicate key messages and insights effectively
  • Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and impactful message for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the events calendar, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure awareness of upcoming events
  • Collaborate with the PR team to submit high-quality speaking applications that align with our strategic initiatives
  • Support spokespeople with the resources, materials, and insights they need for successful speaking engagements
  • Develop and execute strategic email campaigns focused on lead generation and audience engagement, ensuring impactful and targeted messaging
  • Measure and report on content performance across all channels, leveraging data to guide strategy and improve engagement
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data, optimising content effectiveness to reach quality leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Familiarity or strong interest in environmental sustainability
