Summary

Join SheerID as a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our global go-to-market strategy. You will build scalable processes, empower your team, and drive rapid product adoption. This role requires a builder, mentor, and strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll translate product marketing theory into customer-centric strategies, leading a team and setting an example through efficient documentation and process streamlining. Accountability includes accelerating product adoption, launching new products/features, and refining buyer personas using data-driven insights. Success will be measured by team achievements and impact on the P&L, aligning with product launch timelines. This position reports to the SVP of Global Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing within the MarTech industry, with a proven track record of driving rapid growth
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience, with a strong emphasis on player-coach leadership and building high-performing teams
  • A builder's mindset: You're passionate about creating efficient processes and empowering teams to succeed
  • A bias for action: You move quickly, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • A passion for mentoring and developing talent
  • Familiarity with PII regulations e.g. CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, COPPA

Responsibilities

  • Drive Disruptive Innovation: Embrace calculated risks, push boundaries, and infuse a game-changing perspective into product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Lead by Example: Dive into the details, establish scalable processes, challenge the status quo, foster a culture of collaboration and bold innovation, and hone best practices across the full product marketing team
  • Drive Rapid Execution: Develop and execute agile go-to-market strategies that respond quickly to market changes and customer needs. Align with GTM leaders on business needs for communicating our solutions and differentiation, while partnering with Revenue Enablement to launch and refine assets
  • Empower Your Team: Mentor and develop your team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Build Scalable Processes: Create and implement efficient workflows, templates, and frameworks to streamline product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Translate Strategy into Action: Move beyond theory and deliver tangible results that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, while reducing churn
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to inform product strategy, refine messaging, and optimize go-to-market plans
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into compelling value propositions and product/feature prioritization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, customer success and partnership teams to align on strategic priorities and drive seamless execution
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
  • ROI and Impact: Continuously measure and optimize product adoption and marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth
