Join Fleetio as the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, where you'll oversee and manage all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business objectives. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Segment, GA, and others
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Marketo, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution
- Work closely with the marketing team to advise, develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing programs are aligned with sales objectives and lead nurturing is optimized to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Analyst to monitor and analyze key metrics related to marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and marketing attribution, to improve marketing effectiveness and drive growth
- Keep management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations
- Develop and maintain marketing operations documentation including lead management process, data management, lead scoring, campaign builds etc
- Ensure compliance with marketing policies, procedures, and guidelines, including GDPR and CCPA regulations
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of the marketing technology stack, aligned with business objectives
- Work with third-party vendors and contractors as needed to support marketing systems development and maintenance
