Summary
Join HubSpot's Marketing Technology team as a Marketing Automation Manager and help manage and improve the way our marketing stack functions. Work closely with go-to-market teams to build automation and self-service tools that enhance prospect and customer experiences. Collaborate with the AI team on data-related projects. Manage stakeholder relationships, prioritize business needs, and execute projects involving new automation programs. Build advanced automation programs and manage data synchronization using HubSpot and other tools. Dive deep into HubSpot's data structure and creatively solve operational data complexities. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRMs, automation and data sync tools, data warehouses, and SQL. Knowledge of AI tools and programming concepts is preferred. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- CRMs (e.g. HubSpot): A requirement for the role is that you have been in the CRM space and are familiar with object structure (e.g. Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and how associations between objects work
- Automation and Data Sync Tools (e.g. HubSpot workflows, Census, Zapier, Workato, or other iPaaS or Reverse ETL tools): A requirement for this role is that you have worked with automation and data sync tools to access data and/or move data between systems
- Data Warehouses & SQL: A requirement for this role is familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake) and intermediate SQL skills (CTEs, joins, aggregates). General understanding of data pipelines to perform effective data discovery
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across our Go-To-Market teams. Working closely with them to prioritize business needs, develop project plans for new automation programs and then execute those projects
- Build advanced automation programs and manage data synchronization using HubSpot and advanced 3rd-party automation tools. These automation programs and data points will enable marketers to engage with and improve the experiences of our prospects and customers
- Dive deep into how HubSpot structures data, and use creative problem solving to simplify the complexities in our operational data
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Tools (e.g. Claude, Open AI): We are looking for someone who has knowledge of (or the ability to learn) working with AI tools. This will range from writing prompts to partnering with AI engineers who are building AI systems
- Programming & Technical Infrastructure: We are looking for someone who has knowledge of (or the ability to learn) core programming concepts and the behind-the-scenes of how systems connect and communicate
- Have a growth mindset; a love for learning, figuring out how things work, and evolving what exists today
- Are detail-oriented and take pride in thorough testing and documentation
- Strong project management and communication skills. Can effectively communicate and simplify technical topics to both functional and technical audiences
- Demonstrate a logical and scalable solution mindset
- Great collaborators, able to manage relationships with many stakeholders across the business
- Feel comfortable pushing back when requests are not solving for the customer or business
Benefits
Annual Cash Compensation Range: $112,000 β $168,000 USD
