Requirements

  • Proven expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Good KPI understanding & understanding of business context beyond Amazon
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good skills to present and show the context in an understandable way in front of the customer
  • Full working proficiency in the English language
  • Being directly available to start working in Germany
  • Confident use of data analysis tools such as Excel or business intelligence (BI) tools to analyse and interpret market data
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to address complex challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Understand the challenges of our customers and develop suitable solutions with the help of your Amazon and Marketplaces knowledge
  • In coordination with our campaign managers, consultants, content editors and data experts, you will find ways to increase our customers' sales on Amazon
  • Analyze our customers relevant marketplace data and identify growth opportunities and threats
  • You are also responsible for the continuous evaluation of ongoing measures, the definition of operational as well as strategic recommendations for action and their coordination and implementation
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability
  • Take care of our customers marketplace account health
  • Keep our international customers up to date, communicate the results of our work and align on further strategies and actions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in advising clients
  • Experience in the preparation and execution of pitches
  • Bringing in and further developing new topics
  • Other languages experience
