Requirements
- 4-6 years of product marketing experience in a B2B software environment
- Experience in supporting launch of new product lines or major feature enhancements to core product
- Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally
- Excellent writer and storyteller - ability to articulate, in written and spoken forms internally and externally
- Demonstrated aptitude of in-depth product and market expertise to support brand positioning
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical aptitude to analyze customer data in order to find commonalities, trends, and stories that can be used in marketing and to make strategy decisions
- Able to perform under pressure, prioritize and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
- A demonstrated history of being a team player, and desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed
Responsibilities
- Craft and own the communication around the business value proposition, working with internal and external stakeholders as well as technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop and coordinate marketing strategies to better penetrate / refine our ICP
- Launch new products and features to our GTM organization, external market and employee base, delivering messaging that communicates the productβs value as well as assets that assist sales and CS in selling new capabilities
- Closely work with Sales and CS to ensure that they have the information and assets they need to sell effectively
- Partner with product organization (PMs) to ensure that all product capabilities (existing and upcoming) are well-understood by the company and market
- Develop partner and market-facing assets including collateral, data sheets, white papers, videos, presentations and selling tools across a wide range of quality and regulatory topics
- Work closely with demand generation to create amazing prospects experiences and customer journeys
- Monitor markets for emerging trends to identify opportunities/challenges
- Support sales by driving competitive intelligence through comparisons, case studies and more
Preferred Qualifications
- Product and market expertise in Life Science vertical (Med Device, BioPharma, Healthcare tech, etc)
- Experience in owning multi-threaded workstream of launching a new product to market (adjacent to core product or not)
