Join Huntress, a fully remote global cybersecurity company, as a Senior Product Operations Manager. You will build trust and collaboration within the product organization, facilitating business decisions through data enablement and prioritization. Key responsibilities include outcome tracking, data enablement, developer productivity metric analysis, software capitalization, and leading retrospectives. You will also contribute to the Product Operations strategy. This role requires experience in operations, business analysis, program/project management, and stakeholder training. Requirements
- 4 years experience in Operations or Business Analysis
- 2 years of experience in Program/Project Management
- Experience in training and enabling stakeholders through change management
- Proficiency in business analysis tools. ( BI Tool, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Shortcut, Jira, Monday
- Curious mindset towards business questions and processes
- Proficiency in relationship building and building trust
- Mentorship of peers and elevating experiences
- Problem-solving mentality with a background in root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Provide data and analysis to Product Stakeholders
- Work with the teams to create measurable outcomes for their product initiatives and track those outcomes with near-real-time data and dashboards
- Lead projects to drive alignment through metric collection, metric scoping, and Sigma dataset creation
- Be a driver towards building out our product analytics solution, eventually supporting data modeling within the product org
- Work on these systems to ensure our productivity metrics are accurate and actionable so that we can continue to ensure our teams are performing their best
- Work to automate as much of this process as possible to get the data quickly and efficiently
- Implement and facilitate retrospectives in the product organization to allow for root cause analysis and incremental process improvements over time
- Provide perspectives and insights that will help guide the Product Operations strategy
