Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management within a large organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex, large-scale program plans
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams for effective program delivery
- Monitor program performance and identify risks, taking corrective action when necessary
- Prepare and manage program budgets and timelines
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program progress
- Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations
- Provide leadership and guidance to program team members as needed
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure program success
- Identify opportunities for program improvements and lead implementation efforts
