Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management within a large organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute complex, large-scale program plans
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams for effective program delivery
  • Monitor program performance and identify risks, taking corrective action when necessary
  • Prepare and manage program budgets and timelines
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program progress
  • Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program team members as needed
  • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure program success
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements and lead implementation efforts
