Requirements
- 6+ years of experience performing the role of Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
- Proven experience in business operations, reporting, data warehousing and analytics
- Proficiency in data management tools, technologies and business intelligence systems such as AWS, SQL and Tableau
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and initiatives
- Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance
- Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
- Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align data, reporting and analytics efforts with business goals
- Lead efforts to optimize and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance
- Partner with the data engineering team to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data ecosystem, including data sources, data models and data flows
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Perform analysis and hypothesis testing to answer business questions and support decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed for data-related projects
