Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and management
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms like HubSpot
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Integromat
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and building dashboards for executive and board-level reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce and HubSpot Integration
• Support Cross-Functional Teams
• Identify and Automate Repetitive Tasks
• Regularly review and optimize revenue operations workflows
• Develop and Maintain Customer Revenue Database
• Monitor and Analyze Revenue Metrics
• Ensure Salesforce Data Hygiene
• Work with various departments to configure Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring compliance in revenue operations processes
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages for advanced data manipulation and analysis
