Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
- Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and management
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Integromat
- Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and building dashboards for executive and board-level reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce and HubSpot Integration
- Support Cross-Functional Teams
- Identify and Automate Repetitive Tasks
- Regularly review and optimize revenue operations workflows
- Develop and Maintain Customer Revenue Database
- Monitor and Analyze Revenue Metrics
- Ensure Salesforce Data Hygiene
- Work with various departments to configure Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring compliance in revenue operations processes
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages for advanced data manipulation and analysis
