Summary

Join Iterable as a Senior Sales Compensation Manager to play a critical role on the Total Rewards team, supporting the Company’s goal of providing competitive and thoughtfully designed incentive programs to our employees.

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience in the Sales Compensation field, such as commissions or incentive calculation, incentive plan design and modeling
  • 8+ years’ experience in a leading sales incentive plan design projects
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and applicable laws
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including an ability to effectively present information to internal partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and customer focused orientation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to effectively work with others
  • Professional conduct and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire variable compensation process including development, implementation, communication and administration of incentive plans that align with Iterable’s Total Rewards philosophy
  • Work with leadership to build high performing variable compensation plans for the business
  • Responsible for quarterly reviews of plan performance and calculations
  • Drive on-going process refinement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of incentive plan payout calculations and reporting
  • Model out proposed changes for future variable incentive plans to calculate ROI and effectiveness
  • Manage documentation of variable plans including, plan design, timely distribution of plans to employees while ensuring compliance in partnership with counsel
  • Be a subject matter expert and serve as a resource to provide education and comms to employees, managers and the business to promote a better understanding of incentive compensation
  • Provide training to employees, managers and business partners while being a key stakeholder in the change management Iterable’s variable compensation plans
