Summary

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and O365
- Experience presenting data in actionable formats and learning new software quickly
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines
- Experience working with large datasets and presenting key insights to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and provide key insights for high-priority initiatives led by leadership
- Assist with systems and tools transformation to enable sales teams to scale effectively
- Identify and escalate risks that could impact program rollout and recommend resolution options
- Take ownership of assigned projects and produce results that help scale and drive business success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely support to ensure successful program execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in creating business reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Proven ability to manage project workflows and communicate with key stakeholders
- Experience in Salesforce and building reports in Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on sales-driven outcomes
