Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or sales operations
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and O365
  • Experience presenting data in actionable formats and learning new software quickly
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with large datasets and presenting key insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and provide key insights for high-priority initiatives led by leadership
  • Assist with systems and tools transformation to enable sales teams to scale effectively
  • Identify and escalate risks that could impact program rollout and recommend resolution options
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and produce results that help scale and drive business success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely support to ensure successful program execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in creating business reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Proven ability to manage project workflows and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Experience in Salesforce and building reports in Excel
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on sales-driven outcomes
