Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter for a 6 month contract to support their GTM teams and leaders in sales hiring. The role involves running full-cycle recruitment, engaging with passive and active talent internationally, guiding candidates through the hiring process, generating offers, and working in a remote-first company.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a senior sales recruiter
• Experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space
• Have a network of sales professionals
• Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles, primarily sales roles globally
• Confident in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles
• Work in a remote-first company where communication is key
• Comfortable in a high-paced environment, embrace change and ambiguity
• Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Available to work on a 6 month contract position in the United States

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruitment, engage with passive and active talent internationally, guide candidates through the hiring journey, generate offers, and hand off new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding
