Summary

The job is for a User Researcher in the Global Product Insights team at Docplanner Tech. The role involves leading user research initiatives, mentoring other researchers, conducting market and customer analysis, designing and executing experiments, collaborating with data analysts, influencing product development, identifying new opportunities and challenges, and refining research processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 5-7 years of experience in product research
• Expertise in qualitative research methodologies
• Proficiency with web analytics and quantitative research tools
• Experience with market research
• A collaborative background working with designers, researchers, data analysts, product managers, and engineers
• A passion for digital products, technology, and innovative design
• Skills in analyzing customer journeys and optimizing key KPIs
• The ability to prioritize experiments and other research activities based on impact and effort
• Experience with iterative user research and effective approaches
