Summary

Join Lingoda as a German-speaking (Senior) UX Researcher and become an integral part of our B2B Health Product team based in Berlin or remotely in Europe. As the first UX Researcher for this product, you will own the research strategy, collaborate with various teams, and conduct research projects to improve learning experiences. You will be responsible for identifying key personas, managing stakeholders, translating user improvements into business metrics, and mentoring other researchers. Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a researcher
  • Extensive knowledge of mixed research methodologies
  • Expertise in all aspects of research execution, from study design and planning to participant recruitment, moderation, data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
  • Demonstrable ability to present research insights and a passion for storytelling
  • A problem-solving and strategic mindset. You can triangulate different data sources and share a clear point of view
  • C2 level German language and excellent English skills (both written and spoken). You’ll be conducting interviews in both languages

Responsibilities

  • Own the research strategy that helps uncover new opportunities to support decision-making
  • Work closely with our Product, Design, Operations and Sales teams, driving innovation and research insights into our solutions
  • Plan, facilitate and document strategic research projects and workshops to align teams and stakeholders, build empathy, develop ideas and support prioritisation
  • Identify and define key personas, as well as build and refine customer journeys to support product development
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively and bring them closer to our users, ensuring user-centricity in decision-making
  • Translate user-centric improvements into business metrics that resonate with decision-makers
  • Influence the overall product vision by executing various research methods, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Identify and propose new initiatives for achieving our goals
  • Mentor, support, and provide feedback to other UX Researchers on best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Past experience working in B2B and SaaS companies is ideal
