Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience conducting research
  • 2+ years working on Growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in either qualitative and quantitative research methods (or both), including when and how to apply them during each product development phase
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Experience leading strategy within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible, adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-quality, high-impact mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) research studies, focusing primarily on foundational and generative work
  • Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including engineering, data science, design, product/program management, etc
  • Drive product strategy across product pillars via actionable insights and strong partnership with Product, Design, Engineering and other cross-functional team members
  • Develop research programs that achieve business and product impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with R (for statistical analysis)
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, related fields, or equivalent experience
