SEO Lead

Summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced SEO Lead for a short term remote contract role. The SEO Lead will develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry trends to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt SEO strategies accordingly

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics
• Identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve website visibility and search engine visibility
• Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
